Pretty nice growing machine and works great! Although not sure the water pump is greatest pump but it does the job and if you really wanted you could always go buy a better pump which isn’t expensive, but overall I like the stand up tower grow kits 👍👍👍

We love our Alto Garden HX Hydroponic Tower that we purchased from Amazon. The best way to assemble this tower garden is to watch the video. It is easy to assemble and the only change I would make to the instructions is to feed the water line from the bottom to the top. The only problem that came up was when I assembled the lights. One out of four was not working. I contacted Alto Garden and I spoke to Jensen and he was prepared to send me a new lighting system, but he trouble shooted it and told me exactly what to do to correct the issue. We are extremely pleased with the service and the product that we purchased. We are looking forward to purchasing another tower from Alto Garden in the spring. Pete and Karen

I love it so much, I bought one in white! I had it delivered April 3rd and here pictured is April 28th already, so you can tell how much my little seedlings have grown. This is so much fun to grow your own food! I really like this particular unit. It’s very easily to understand the directions, it’s the only one that holds 15 pods, it has a lot of space, it comes with food, it just has everything you need all in one box.

I purchased the URBZUE Hydroponics Growing System Kit Indoor with high expectations, but the experience has been very disappointing. The main technical issue lies in the control unit, which gets immediately damaged when the steam or humidity rises — especially when using the “steam” or “humidification” button. The motherboard fails instantly, making the entire system unusable. The lifetime is practically zero if that function is activated. What makes it worse is the complete lack of customer support. The brand has no valid email or customer service contact — the email provided in the manual is inactive and messages bounce back. There are also no spare parts or repair options available, meaning once it fails, you simply lose the whole device. In reality, this system can only be used for basic germination, not for full growth cycles as advertised. I strongly do not recommend this product until the company improves its design, humidity protection, and after-sales service.

The value of this hydroponics system is incredible! It costs almost half the price as it would have if I had tried to make it myself! I thought for sure that because of the price, it would be cheap and full of chemicals. I was actually pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and found a bunch of spare parts and manuals on how to set up a full hydroponics system! After taking these parts out and setting them up without glue, I went off to buy PVC glue to finish the job. It all went together fine until the last part. After slipping all of the tubes together except for the last horizontal one that holds plants, the vertical support pipes had already been locked in by the other horizontal tubes already glued in place. I had to cut part of the tube and it was a struggle, but I got it eventually and it works and looks great! The pump is very small and is about the size of two fingers put together, but it pumps adequately and works perfectly with the system along with the timer. I also had fears that it would be low, and the bottom row of plants would practically be on the ground, but that is not the case at all! It is well off the ground and I am no longer worried about my bottom row plants collecting dust. I also loved the baskets that this kit comes with. They are very well made and fit into the square holes very snugly and securely. It also comes with some foam grow media-type cubes, but I didn’t trust those and set them aside. Overall though, this was probably the best thing I have ever gotten from China, and maybe one of my best purchases ever. I was really blown away by the value (it was a little tough to put together but after that it was fine). I definitely recommend this hydroponics system!

this is not my first hydroponic tower, but thus far, it has been my favorite. I really love that. It was very, very simple to assemble! On other ones, you need to slide in pieces and lock them together and spin parts of the tower so that they sit right and sometimes they come off easily, but that just wasn’t the case here. It’s a very streamlined look and these baskets that came with this device such better than my other two hydroponic towers. They are big enough that I can use a sponge, the included clay, pebbles, or really any other material that I choose to use in my hydroponic growing. The pump, when running, is quiet it’s very easy to see the level of water to determine when a refill is needed. I use a liquid hydroponic solution that comes with both apart a and B and mix it up according to the instructions and add water and it’s really just as simple as that after I have started to sprout some seeds, which I often do in Rockwell as they are very easy to remove the rock wall and place in the hydroponic cup, or remove the seedling itself without damaging the root and add to the clay ball mix here that was included.

This unit is fabulous. The whole thing does not take up much space and I’ll be able to get a perpetual lettuce/greens harvest rolling with it. Great products and service across the board!

I had the same issue that so many others had the product initially was sitting in a puddle but if you look at the tent that comes with it it tends to bow out in the middle I simply took a piece of tape and I made a little gutter by folding the tape against itself and then taping it to the tent part and then sticking a little bit of the flap down inside the lower tray and this will funnel the water back into the lower pan instead of allowing it to accumulate around the aeroponics unit otherwise you’ll create a huge massive puddle. Otherwise the product seems to work fine it’s only been a couple of days for my cutting so I don’t know if it’s going to actually work out or not but functionality wise it seems to be doing great it seems to be a good value for money ease of use is demonstrated they just need to have a better flap or something to guide the water into the reservoir. I put the flap on both sides of the tent it seems to hold snug on both ends where it loops around the tray that holds the cuttings but where the bow part is in the middle it tends to bow out allowing for dripping onto the lower surface as opposed to back into the reservoir

My hydroponic AeroGarden is great for germinating seeds for my vegetable garden. I have never experienced seed failure, but one mistake I made helped me realize I needed more space. I added tomato seeds to 50% of my net pots and pepper seeds to the other 50%. The tomato seeds germinated quickly and soon after, the light needed to be raised. Pepper seeds began to emerge a week later and they needed that light lowered. I had to find a solution. I found these grow kits for outdoor use, and purchased two at an extremely reasonable price. After I received them, I read the reviews and was able to come up with solutions for the following concerns: Net pot too short and foam insert too dense for roots to grow easily and reach the nutrient solution. This was remedied by getting a supply replacement kit for my AeroGarden and using the replacement net pots and foam inserts. Amazon sells it, just take a look. It fits, it works well and allows enough depth to reach the nutrient solution. Replacing the short net pot and foam insert solves that problem. As to the noise made by the air pump, placing it on a soft surface makes a big difference and absorbs vibrations. I’m satisfied with the two seed starter kits I purchased. Practical solutions for small problems.

This is an amazing product. The instructions are easy, the tower works very well, and I had plants growing in just a few weeks! It is so nice growing food without pesticides indoors in WI in February!!! I researched a lot of hydroponics and am glad I went with this company. No subscriptions, very friendly customer service, readily available parts like extra baskets. I recommend this tower to everyone thinking about getting into hydroponics!

I am happy with this company, the product and customer support. Being new at hydroponics, I called in to help with assembly. One of the leds needed replacement due to a faulty connector. I spoke with Jensen and he sent me a replacement led wand and it fixed the problem. He went beyond to walk me though the process, answered all my questions and sent me some extra supplies to insure my success . He also followed up to make sure I wasn’t having any further problems. The tower is well made which was a nice surprise because it was priced below similar towers. The pump and timers work well and were easy to setup. It has been growing well and the Swiss Char and Kale and lettuce are outpacing my outside fall garden. I give Alto Gardens 5 stars and Jensen and the Company 6 stars. Very satisfied!

This HX tower is a workhorse. I placed it in my sunroom where it gets plenty of natural light, so I didn’t need the LEDs. The 40-plant capacity is incredible—I’m growing lettuce, basil, mint, and even some strawberries. The water circulation is consistent and quiet. Assembly was straightforward following the video. It’s been running for 3 months with no issues. Highly recommend for serious growers.

Solid construction, but be aware you’ll need a good light source. I use a separate LED panel and it works great. The tank size is decent and the pump is reliable. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about nutrient mixing. Four stars because I wish it came with at least a basic light, but for the price and capacity, it’s a good deal.
