Really glad I did. Soon as it arrived I put it together and out I went. It had just rained again and everything was wet but I had to try it. Worked perfectly. Knocked down and chewed up everything I ran it over and no extra back pain as a bonus. I charged up the batteries( comes with 2) overnight and set out to do a good cleanup the next day. Customer Review: “At the outset, I’m only giving a 4 star rating because I’ve just received it today, and have only used it once for a quick trial cutting of my backyard after getting one of the batteries charged. However, if it goes on as it started, I’ll probably come back at the end of the summer and up the rating to 5 stars. This is a cordless string trimmer/edger with a neat little plastic cart that you can slip the trimmer into and use to roll over your yard to cut the grass easily. The wheels are adjustable (though I have not at this point attempted to adjust the height), and the trimmer slips into and out of the cart with amazing ease. Out of the box, the only assembly is putting the guard on the bottom of the trimmer and screwing in one screw to hold the guard in place. You do need your own Phillips head screwdriver but that’s all. Then you put on the handle which pops on quite easily. It comes with two batteries and a charger. The first charge took about three hours. Once the battery was charged, I couldn’t resist giving it a try, so I inserted the battery and gave my yard a very quick mow with the trimmer in the cart, I popped the trimmer out of the cart, and was able to trim around my fence, shed, and the grass between my paving stone walkway. It worked well all around. Once finished with the trim, it was easy to replace the trimmer into the little cart, remove the battery, and put the ‘mower’ into my garden shed until the weekend. All-in-all, I can say I’m very pleased with my purchase. It’s very light, and so much easier for me to use than my heavy, cumbersome gas powered mower. And as you can see, the main word with this product is ‘ease’.”

Instead of dewalt batteries 4 amp hour I run craftsman 9 amp hour battery. The blade is dull from the factory and it’s as simple as a 14mm bolt to remove and a Dremel to sharpen. Super quiet, super strong and the tight spots are easy on my lawn.”

I know nothing about lawn mowers so figuring what adjusts the height and even runs it was a challenge. My neighbor put the battery in and mowed the swale which is all the grass I have. Customer Review: “While it looks like an adult version of a toy lawnmower, don’t be fooled! This is a little powerhouse! It cuts as well as any gas mower I have had, but it is lighter, easy to handle, easy to clean out and it folds up to fit in the back of my small car! The battery charges quickly and lasts a good 1/2 hour or more depending on the height and thickness of the grass. While the bag isn’t large , it is super easy to attach and remove for dumping. It literally just hangs on short pegs the deck of the mower and lifts off. I use it to mow small patches of lawn that are difficult to mow with the riding lawn mower and around the edges of the gardens because it doesn’t blow the mulch around. I also don’t have to mow so close to the stone borders with the riding mower, as I sometimes hit the stones trying to mow close. Love my little green machine!”

Customer Review: “Not going to lie….it looks like a toy due to the size and color. I get weird looks from the passers. However, it makes it lighter and easy to use. I have small lawn, so this was the perfect solution. No electric cord to handle and no gas smell. Battery does last long. For storage, take the receptacle out, loosen and fold over the handle assembly, you can stand it up to minimize the space it takes. Height setting is easy to use plenty to control how short/high you want to cut. No complaints. Gave 4/5 star for the maneuverability because depending on whether the grass is really long or there is a slope, you need to give some power to move it. This is because motor is not connected to the wheels. Note that there is no power to the wheels, as with any economical lawn mower. If you have a good size lawn or have slopes, not sure if this one will work for you. Also, I try to minimize rolling it on pavements because since wheels are plastic. Easy enough to lift it and carry. Motor does make a proper lawn mower noise. It’s not like a electrical car where synthetic noise has to be added due to the quietness. It actually sounds like a regular lawn mower. I was actually surprised by it. With small and flat lawn, this is the one to get. It’s small, battery lasts long time, it cuts well, and storage takes no room. Loving it.”

Customer Review: “In the summer, I have a man who comes around to do my lawn once a week with a big riding mower, but he generally folds up at the end of September. Sometimes the grass continues to grow, and always the leaves come down. I got the Litheli 40V (2 x 20V) 16” Electric Lawn Mower as a lightweight filler to cover the October/November time frame. Here are some hints (that others have mentioned), roughly in the order that you will need them:1. It comes in a big box marked “Heavy”. It’s not, really. It’s just extremely bulky and awkward. There’s no cutouts for handles.2. It is easy to assemble, which is good because the instruction booklet is pretty useless. It’s mostly a parts list, and it doesn’t list all of them. Basically the only assembly you do is put on the handles.3. There’s a pair of sockets under the front hood for the batteries. That’s where they put the packet of screws and such to assemble the handles. The instruction booklet doesn’t mention this.4. It comes with the mulching panel in place at the bottom rear of the mower. If you want to use the grass catcher you have to remove this panel. Also not in the manual.5. It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver. The noise isn’t much over that of an energetic hair dryer.6. It doesn’t have enough power to cut thick/wet grass unless you start at the highest cut setting and make several successively lower cuts.7. It doesn’t do well with leaf pickup, unless they are totally dry, and even then you need a low cut setting.8. The batteries run down fast and charge slow, unless you buy the optional extra charging station. As delivered, the batteries are at 3/4 charge. Bringing one battery up from 75% to 100% using a standard USB charger took 13 hours. Using the charging station took about 15 minutes.9. The catch basket is on the small side, which is to be expected since the width of cut is only 16″. I had to stop and empty it every 60ft or so.10. Emptying the bag is easy, just lift the safety cover and pull straight up.Overall, it’s an excellent machine, fully worth the price.”
