As an aging, but still avid gardener with back issues and arthritis, I’m always looking for tools that make it possible for me to continue to garden. This fits the bill perfectly. I’m thrilled with the performance and design of this cart. The low to the ground design makes it much easier to load, and provides excellent stability. The pneumatic tires have zero issue dealing with all sorts of terrain without the cart tipping or becoming hard to move.The build quality throughout is very good — it has a very solid feel, and the plastic tub is thick and sturdy. I was especially impressed with how easy it was to put together. The instructions are clear, and all the fasteners are grouped by assembly step. I was able to assemble it by myself in about 10 minutes. You will need a 13mm wrench or socket for assembly.While most of the time I’m using it to haul 100 pounds or less, I did use it to haul 240 pounds (three 80 pound concrete sacks). Based on on well it performed with that, I’d say the claimed 300 pound capacity is accurate.One of my best gardening tool purchases to date — five stars.

I read that this cart has a lower center of gravity, which would make it easier to carry a given amount of load in this cart compared to a standard one wheel wheelbarrow. That’s what I wanted and I completely agree! It carries a lot, very easily. It’s interesting actually, because looking at it filled – it looks very heavy, it looks like it would be hard to move. But the design works so well that it was actually surprising when I filled it and moved it for the first time. For my purposes, it’s 100% better than a one wheel, wheelbarrow.Having two wheels, there may be some places where the cart can’t go, compared to something with one wheel, but that depends on what you have in your yard. Even with having two wheels, I find is easy to maneuver. I would say that, controlling direction and speed, is as easy with this one as it is with a one wheel one, but it may take some time to learn and get used to two wheels if you aren’t used to that. Because of it’s lower center of gravity and stability with two wheels, I’d actually say it’s easier to move than a one wheel cart.It is plastic and metal and both parts seem sturdy and strong. The weakest point seems to be the folding mechanism, as the knobs are plastic, and I assume using them would wear them down at some point. But I don’t plan to mess with that, so I assume that it will remain fairly strong for a long time. Would be an easy fix if needed, so it isn’t really a negative for me. I don’t need it to fold, but I’m sure that’s useful for others. Tires come filled with air and are sturdy.It was easy to build and is very strong and sturdy. It’s an awesome cart, I 100% recommend it.

I’m very happy with this Gorilla Cart. As with other Gorilla Cart products I’ve owned, the overall build quality is excellent. All the welds are solid, the tires are of good quality, and even the fasteners are top notch. Assembly is very straightforward, with all the fasteners grouped by assembly step. I’d rate the assembly as 100% frustration-free.The manufacturer does an excellent job of packaging the cart, with care taken to avoid items shifting in transit and becoming damaged. Even the threads on the frame studs are protected by rubber covers to avoid damage in transit. Very well done!Maneuverability is excellent. I’m not coming close to the listed capacity of 800 pounds, but given how it performs with a few hundred pounds I don’t doubt the listed capacity.A very handy tool to have, and an excellent value, especially if you can catch it on a price dip. But even at the usual price, the better build quality and the much easier assembly process make it, for me, a strong value compared with other brands I considered. Five stars.

Boy…for the price of this thing and how much I used it in 5 years, I really got my money’s worth buying this cart. I’m buying a replacement because I put the first one through hell and it finally gave out. The weld on the bottom of the handle broke…and with good reason.For years I have been cutting down small trees/shrubs and using this cart to move them. I used it constantly and filled it over the brim all the time. It just kept taking every load and going. Then we had a hurricaine and a bunch oak trees fell. I was carting HEAVY pieces of trees, way over the weight limit, for months.I can’t believe it lasted as long as it did. Over its 5-year lifetime of heavy-duty use, I think I replaced 3 tires and everything else held up until I started dropping the heavy oak tree trunk pieces in it. Then a couple welds on the bottom started to break before the handle broke. This cart isn’t meant for that kind of hauling.This cart has been so useful in managing our large property, I cannot even tell you. I pulled it by hand sometimes, but moreso with the atv. Very convenient. I’d just put the handle right over the ball hitch and go. It can haul alot…even my husband and dog sitting together in the back:) i never really had a need to put the sides down for what i was using it for. Very simple to put together- maybe 10 min for a handy person up to 30 min if you’ve never handled a wrench. The instructions are great and all the pieces packed neatly.Don’t hesitate to buy. This is a great price for a quality item if you need to do some yard hauling. It’s a joy to use!

Perfect for our yardwork needs. It was larger than I expected but I’m very pleased with the functionality of the cart! It’s maneuverability is great and quite easy to operate carrying loads. Assembly was quick while working alone, under the supervision the cat, until she got bored. Once the cart was fully assembled she did seem to enjoy being driven around before I moved it outside to the yard. We’ve been moving mulch and stone and being able to dump the contents was great! The Mrs. truly liked that feature. The cart is very sturdy and of good quality. We thoroughly enjoy working in the yard using this cart. It was as advertised, worth the money spent, and it’s highly recommended!

The little old lady with a butter knife for a screwdriver is going to have a rough time. My wife and I had it ready to go in about an hour, but it was worth every minute. As far as its abilities? With a 1200 lb. capacity, you can load this dude up! It rolls easily with a load, and is easy to dump. This guy is PERFECT for a large garden. I easily give it 5 stars and 👍👍.

Solid cart for the money. I load it with bags of mulch and soil, and it never wavers. The flatbed mode is great for transporting long items like lumber. Only downside is that the mesh sides let small debris fall through, so I use a tarp for fine materials. Overall, a reliable workhorse.

I love the seat feature! After a long day of planting, it’s nice to sit down right where I’m working. The cart hauls everything from soil bags to tools with ease. The tires never go flat, which is a huge plus. Assembly was a bit tricky but manageable. Only wish the seat was a bit softer, but overall a great investment.

This cart is a workhorse and a throne in one! I use it to move heavy rocks and then sit on it while I plan my next move. The 500 lb capacity is impressive. The flat-free tires are perfect for my rocky terrain. A little pricey, but the functionality justifies it.

Assembling the cart takes a bit of work, but it’s worth the effort. Once together, this cart will move a large number of plants, mulch, or other items at one time without making multiple trips. It’s much appreciated when clearing weeds and brush from an area of the yard. It will hold a great deal, again saving time by eliminating the need to make multiple trips to the compost pile. I look forward to using it for years to come.

The panels are particle board, not plywood, and given how the bolt heads sank into the panels when I tightened the nuts, they are soft particle board. I am concerned that the particle board will rot if it gets too wet, so, if you buy one of these carts, be sure to keep it dry at all times. The bolt holes on the bottom of the side panels did not line up properly and I had to either enlarge the holes or, for a couple of them, drill entirely new holes. The holes on the two lateral diagonal supports are waaay off. The assembly directions are very sketchy and the print is tiny. These are advertised as being suitable for loads of 400 pounds but I’m not going to risk such heavy loading. Maybe 150 pounds max. I rate the build quality, ease of assembly and durability as poor.

When I took delivery, the tub had a puncture in it, most likely from the parts jostling around during shipment.I immediately contacted gorilla for a parts replacement. their website made it very easy to find the part and request warranty repair.within a day, they approved and shipped me out a replacement tub! a few days later, it arrived and i swapped the damaged tub for the new tub!a few things of note about this experience and product:1) gorillas warranty is pretty hassle free and their website is easy to navigate. they have a parts breakdown of everything so if in the future a part is damaged, looks to be easily replaceable/repairable.2) their cart’s design is pretty awesome. really easy to install and uninstall parts. at first i thought the screwholes in the tub were some extra flash, but its designed that way to hold the bolts while you work with the nuts. all the nuts using the same 13mm nut size is so convenient!3) the cart is awesome. i wished i got one sooner. very easy to steer around the property, load it with whatever, and easily dump! its lightweight and perfect for my needs. i just wish the handle was swappable cuz i got a small rc lawnmower that can tow this thing.overall: i am impressed with this cart, but mostly impressed with the company. i can only imagine another company wanting me to ship the whole thing back or just refunding me a certain amount to appease me. gorilla makes great stuff and looks to stand behind their product!im glad i went w gorilla!

Should have bought one of these years ago. Have had this over a month and it’s proved its value, makes moving stuff around the yard far easier than a wheelbarrow (one or two wheeled). No lifting and supporting a weight with your back. No pushing 80# of something uphill. Yes, you have to pull the handle but you can do that with a lot less stress on your back if done correctly. In fact, the right movements are good for your back.Also paid more for this newer model that had the new lifting mechanism. I didn’t see anything visibly wrong with the old one and have no experience with it, but this new one works great. The way the back wheels sort of fold under the cart dumps most or almost all the weight. Then just pull it forward to clear.Small turning radius. Important for maneuvering.Rugged but not heavy (33#). Assembly was straightforward, intuitive, with clear instructions and no missing parts. Didn’t need 6 cubic feet. 4 ft and 600# capacity is as much as I want to handle as well as the overall dimensions (fit through storage doorway).Went with the non-pneumatic tires after having replaced a pneumatic wheel on a wheelbarrow, and enduring repairs, etc., etc. Compare the cost of buying 4 non-pneumatic wheels in the future once you get frustrated, with just buying this model outright. If you get the pneumatic tires, you’ll love the cart but end up hating the… tires. Good luck.
