I’m only starting to get into gardening (indoor plants only), so having some nifty tools to help move the soil and keep my apartment clean was the priority. This tool kit has a lot of items, but I especially appreciated its inclusion of gloves (on the smaller size which fit my hands, but may be a problem for others), trimmers, shovels, and the mat that can be converted to reduce mess. That was most useful when I moved my plants into new pots and the soil didn’t spill everywhere on the countertop.The bag it comes in holds a lot, I put my extra 6” pot in there as well as my remaining soil mixture to keep all my plant stuff together. The bag and tools feel durable and I hope they’ll last me a long time!

Customer Review: Absolutely love this rake. It even came with some like yellow take claws for each hand making it easy so you don’t have to pick up leaves or debris with your fingers. And reading the comments from the seller was very helpful and made me feel like if there was ever a problem all I got to do is email them and they will fix it so I would say top notch customer service came on time and was it was more than what I expected it to be and awesome for the price.

Customer Review: Rake very sturdy and simple to assemble. Tines very stiff and do an excellent job of deep raking to pull up sticks and tree nuts and other debris that get embedded in the ground. Also works well as a dethatching rake due to the stiffness of the tines. Tines on rake close enough together to effectively rake small debris such as the round hickory nuts I have all over my yard in the Fall. Hand leaf scrapers/gatherers a bit small, but work effectively and are sized to allow easy dumping into the supplied collection bag. Vendor offers and extended 3 year warranty on the rake as long as you communicate back to them via email with order number and the seller’s name. Would have given a 5 star rating except that the supplied 1/4″ wide plastic covered metal coil that came with the rake kit was not identified as a component in the instruction sheet and there was no mention of how that piece was to be used. I figured it out after carefully examining the collection bag. There are 2 metal grommets at the top opening, inside rim of the bag approximately 6″ apart, that are inserted in the upper collar of the bag. The coiled piece is threaded into one grommet and guided around the circumference of the top of the bag opening…not an easy task to advance it! When finally in place it acts as a hoop to keep the top of the bag open. Once it is in place, it’s a good idea to leave it there since it’s a pain in the butt to reinsert it every time you use the bag. That stated, you lose the convenience of folding the bag up for storage.Overall a good bargain for a study, functional rake and less expensive than similar rakes sold on Amazon. And… this one comes with the collection bag and leave hand scoopers.

Customer Review: I was skeptical, but I wanted a better way to clean the yard that wasn’t so hard on my back. Although the materials seem a little fragile – almost like a kid’s toy, it’s worked okay with near daily use for 2 weeks. Of course, it works best on drier poop, but does an okay job on the looser poop, too. I found the bags nearly impossible to use as I couldn’t get them to stay in place, so I’ve been using it without a bag and doing a quick rinse after.

The original garden area was planted over 20 years ago, and took about 3 years to complete the design and plantings. I did the design and almost all of the planting and maintenance since my husband felt his only responsibility was mowing 3 of the 5 acres we own. 20 years ago, the garden looked like a botanical garden, but then life got in the way – my elderly mother lived with us for 10 years and we aged.The garden was let go for over 15 years and nature took over. Last year we paid a landscaper to remove the unwanted trees and bushes and the larger weeds. Although the garden area looked much cleaner, this spring the weeds came back with a vengeance. Since my husband told me that he resented I had not done any outdoor work for a few years, I have taken on clearing the entire garden of weeds and other unwanted plants. At 77 years of age, this is no small task.For almost 2 weeks, I have been pulling weeds by hand and removing small branches and dead leaves by hand. I decided to look for hand garden tools that might make the job easier and found this set which I immediately ordered and got the next day.I have been using these tools for the last couple of days and I can’t believe how much easier is to remove weeds and dead leaves under perennial plants. So, what do I really love about this set of garden hand tools?1) They are attractive and pretty which I suppose would be important only to a woman.2) They are very well made and heavy duty. So, I believe they will last for a long time.3) The variety of tools works for so many purposes. The hand rake is great for getting dead leaves and small branches of under growing perennials where a large rake wouldn’t get under and between plants. The different pronged rakes help to loosen soil so weeds can be pulled with the roots so they don’t come back. The small hoe helps to loosen soil so the tiny weeds can be removed with the roots. The trowel helps with removal of larger weeds that have deeper roots, like dandelions.4) The box the tools come in has a handle. So, it can be used to store and transport the tools to the work area without having to buy a tool bag.The only hand tool not suppled in this set is pruning shears which I already have. Personally, I would definitely recommend this set of garden hand tools. It includes almost every hand garden tool you could imagine and then some.UPDATE 06/15/24:I have been using these tools for over 6 weeks every day for the massive garden cleanup. Most of these tools have been so very helpful to get the job done. Customer Review: Beautiful gardening set. I’ve used the shears only so far and they work well. I do wonder if they are new (as in never used before & returned by another buyer). As others have reported, all of the pieces were delivered in the box, but all scattered versus attached to the box as customary of a NEW product. Also, there is discoloration on the shear’s handle. For this reason, I’d be skeptical about gifting them to someone and buying them from Amazon seller. To say the least, at this price point, it’s off putting.

Customer Review: Works great. Holds a lot of leaves making dumping them less work. You do have to watch when carrying so that it doesn’t tip and leaves fall out, but overall has really cut down the work of raking leaves significantly. Simple and easy to use product.

Customer Review: I bought this Leaf Collector for my husband, but it turns out I’m the one that loves using it the most. Our home is on .8 acres in a lightly forested area that gets a constant downpour of pine needles which we must rake up regularly to minimize fire danger. I had previously been raking the needles into piles and then using a large dustpan and the rake to lift the piles into the green can. I estimate this handy leaf collector has cut the time for the raking chore to close to half of what it was. I like it because it’s easy to pop open and sweep the piles into it with the rake. It’s lightweight, so I usually start out holding the front of it down with my foot until the first load goes in. I can then easily pick it up by the handles, shake the needles down to the bottom of the catcher, and move on to the next area. It’s easy to pick it up when full and hold it over the trash can and dump the needles in. The catcher bends easily so that it acts like a funnel and dumps the needles tidily into the can.It takes a little practice to fold it up into its compact size when done, but it fits nicely into the zippered bag it comes with, and hangs compactly in our tool area. Some people complain that it is too thin and may not last long. It is about as thick as a nylon tent, which seems fine to me. I am careful not to drag it when it’s full, as it may tear if you snag it on a sharp stick. Others complain that the metal shapers broke after a few uses. The device has two fabric handles built into it, and if you use those rather than picking it up by the thin metal shapers, I expect it will hold up. Even if I have to replace mine in a year (and I am hopeful I won’t), it’s a lot cheaper than paying someone to do the chore, and it saves a lot of wear and tear from the constant bending this 63 year old lady would be doing with just a rake and a regular dust pan. I highly recommend it and would purchase it again.

Customer Review: I honestly thought these Chicarry leaf scoops wouldn’t hold up because they’re made of plastic, but I was so wrong—they’re made of a thick, durable plastic and are absolutely amazing! They worked incredibly well for picking up old, moldy pine needles that had been sitting for years, and I was able to grab a massive amount at once with no problem. They made the whole job so much easier and faster. The two sets and gloves are a great bonus, and the colors are fun too. Definitely worth it for anyone who wants yard cleanup to be less of a hassle!

Just using gloves you might get poked from some thorns or other sharp twigs, or get your hands filthy picking up who knows what, so I consider these essential, and you can’t beat the price. I think it’s an added plus that these are very colorful, so that in case they accidentally get left somewhere, they’re easy to spot. It’s a simple concept, and it works well.

Customer Review: Well built, or it lasted a severe bout with weeds without a hiccup! This beast will rip the weeds right out, and if not, flip it around and chop em out! It can get some stalks caught between the forks, but that’s to be expected. So far it’s remained sharp and has no signs of wear. The handle is built in screw-able sections, and tends to loosen every so often, but this can probably be cured with thread locker or simple tape. For the price its well worth it!
